The following applies only to SE KeyRanker Pro, for the SE KeyRanker
Free! FAQ, please visit the Wordpress Plugin site.

Question: What is the number next to the localization?

Answer: The number displayed is the position your site returned in the
search rankings for your specific keyword.

Question: I changed a setting but see no change?

Answer: After adjusting any settings you'll need to click the refresh
button found under your results on the dashboard.

Question: My site placement is different in my browser than to SE
KeyRankers results, what's broken?

Answer: Nothing is broken. Aside from localization selection, where
your site is hosted determines what data centre will be used to return
the results. Therefore you may notice a slight difference in results
when using other methods to check your rankings.

Question: Why are my results displayed as N/A?

Answer: If your site isn't within the first 100 results for your select
keyword the result returns N/A - Not Available. Also please note that
if you record your data and view your keyword average, N/A recordings
are ignored.

Question: How many search engines and localization domains can I add at
once?

Answer: No limit is currently placed on how many domains can be placed
but it's recommended to use localization settings sparingly to avoid
long load times or being blocked by Google for too many searches.

Question: How many keywords can I add?

Answer: As many as you like! Bear in mind that you need to resolve each
of these keywords and the selections. Pagination is recommended for
more than 6 keywords when using multiple localizations. Please remember
that excessive localization with many keywords can lead to being
temporary blocked by Google.

Question: What happens to my saved data if I delete a keyword?

Answer: Deleting a keyword deletes all recorded data for that phrase.
Be sure to export before removing a keyword!

Question: When I try activate SE KeyRanker Pro I get this error: Fatal
error: Cannot redeclare

Answer: Please deactivate and/or remove SE KeyRanker Free! before
attempting to activate the Pro version.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
